Data Deletion Instructions

Marketing Machine is operated by Full Blown Studio. You may remove a connected Facebook or Instagram account or request deletion of information associated with your use of Marketing Machine.

Remove a connected Meta account

Request deletion by email

Email support@fullblown.com with the subject “Marketing Machine data deletion request.” Include the email address used for Marketing Machine, the client or organization name, and whether you are requesting deletion of a social connection, user account, client workspace, or all associated information.

We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account. We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law and will confirm when the request is complete.

Meta automated deletion requests

When Meta sends Marketing Machine a valid signed data-deletion request, our system verifies the request, deletes encrypted Meta credentials and associated authorization data, disconnects affected social accounts, and pauses future schedules tied to those connections. Meta receives a confirmation code and status URL for the request.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited security, audit, fraud-prevention, transaction, or legal-compliance records where deletion is not appropriate or legally permitted. Such information will be restricted or de-identified where reasonably possible and will not be used to reconnect a deleted Meta account.
